Cult of the Lamb

If Devolver Digital didn’t already entice you with tons of new games coming in 2022 with Trek to Yomi and Wizard With a Gun, it’s also publishing Cult of the Lamb. Developed by Massive Monster, it sees an unassuming lamb suddenly possessed and using their powers to save others, eventually creating their own cult. It’s colorfully macabre but also unabashedly cute. Check it out below.

Along with preaching to your flock, the player will also gather resources and create new structures, expanding their settlement in the process. Of course, your cult isn’t the only one and eventually, one must venture out into the randomly generated world. Take on various foes in overhead hack and slash combat, including towering monstrosities and explore five different regions while exerting your influence.

Cult of the Lamb releases in early 2022 and though its platforms haven’t been outright revealed, it will be releasing for consoles and PC. Stay tuned for more details and updates in the coming months.
